Where is my Order???

 Could it be reactive chemicals formed during the manufacturing heating and cooling process that begins in a chemical laboratory  (just one flight of stairs away from the main office)  causing  delayed reactions,  mental hardship, memory loss, illogical and irrational decisions?  . 

Just one more flight down from the chemical laboratory is where solvent blends and raw material mixtures are mixed with dye and concentrated highly toxic perfume blended and tested and re-tested until the fragrance smells "the right way" when used in highly customized original formulas. trade secrets protected under patent laws since the early 70's  

What happened over the last  3 decades?  Thirty years ago customer service wasn't that great but at least it existed.  Raw materials for air fresheners and spot removers are more hazardous than toxic waste.  Long term chronic exposure is the cause of  behavioral changes, memory loss, confusion, irritability and now the refusing to ship orders due to an impaired reasoning and belief that these orders are not done "the right way" on the internet. 

Why not just find out what "the right way" is and just do it right?   Sounds easy enough but when there are multiple answers that change at will, what is the "right" answer?  This is clearly not a multiple choice question and making the wrong choice is inevitable.  After two years of search for "the right way" we found nothing except now we know  the  answer to that and many other idiosyncrasies still remain one big mystery.

 Apparently Amazon isn't doing the orders right either.because not a single order has been shipped out of the new store.  That means refunds all around for anyone who thought Amazon was the answer to getting the World's Best Products in a timely fashion without being charged until the day of shipment.  Let's analyze the possible reasons why this choice is "not the right way" to process orders.

Amazon requires some form of action within 2 weeks of each order.  Either confirm the shipment with a valid tracking number or notify the customer about their expired order so they can extend their open order for another 14-days or their order will be canceled within 5 days..  No money changes hands during the 14-day period and open orders can be re-started for an unlimited number of 14-day extensions.

He couldn't stop the guy in front from going the wrong way.

Could it be that Amazon has too much traffic?  The store runs on auto-pilot and considering the number of orders already taken in just 5 days, the Amazon platform may cause too much physical work for the shipping clerk.  

Who, in their right mind, would see this as a problem?  Ten, fifteen even 25 years ago, 6 more shipping clerks would be hired in  anticipation  of more business. Why is everything going backwards like the way-back machine only further back as if that's  normal?   

Going back to manually processing orders and taking credit card numbers over the phone is  unsafe and hardly efficient.. .  .does anyone even do that anymore?  Digressing back to the 70's indicates some degree of intellectual instability and illogical thought processes that need correcting.  Does anyone know if there is medication to combat this type of backwards thinking?  Some type of back to the future wonder drink?  Any ideas?   You don't have to register to leave a comment.  Just tell the truth like you see it.
